Hello!
Today I've brought you a series that has no superheroes, no apocalypse, no future or ancient history and no demons. It's a series about life called This Is Us.

The story follows the experiences of a family: the lives of Kate, Kevin, Randall, Rebecca and Jack are traced through the threads of past-present-future. That's all. It's so ordinary that you can sympathise with it frighteningly from the first moment, because it deals with issues its characters are dealing with that you're pretty much bound to have to deal with yourself: anxiety, addictions, big life decisions, moving, death, break-ups.

The series consists of six seasons, with the final episode coming out at the end of May. I highly recommend it in English, as the language is simple and you can easily learn real American phrases, What's more, I highly recommend it for those who want to see a healthy model of how to deal with conflict, even when it goes wrong, how to fix it, admit you were wrong and move on as a healthy adult.
It has become one of the most cherished series in my heart, I hope you will find the episodes as memorable as they were for me!
Have a great night,
Paul
